What a wondeful Soul Sister Gemma is, she has helped me so much over the last 2 yrs. ! The last few weeks have been incredibly difficult. And i don't tend to open up easily about my own issues, or should i say in a logical way. its easy to get wrapped up in your problem and let it spiral out of control. Gemma reached out for an initial conversation and catch up, and soon was offering a kind ear of support.

Gemma firstly listened, and i really needed that. i rarely vent, but she made it possible, i felt comfortable enough to open up and speak my truth with no judgment.
she let me talk and asked me questions that ment i was empowering myself. i knew i had the answers, but she aloud me the time to come to the conclusion myself. aswell as offering scenarios and way's i could help myself. she is so warm and heartful. i could talk to ber for hours. i really appreciate the amount of time & continued suppor, if needed..

You are a Super Star Gemma! i would highly recommend Gemma as she has a way of helping you help yourself, shes firm but fair, and speak's from the heart and you can genuinely feel that .
she also allowed almost a grace period of reflection and has a way of making you feel calm. The conversation didnt just end, it had a flow. And what i call the downtime, after the initial reason for the session.

It was Perfect, to also wind down. i was able to talk about positive ways of dealing with particular issue's, but was offered suggestions, with no pressure to take them on board, they did in fact make perfect sense and seemed to link the session nicely.
