It is one of the most important daily acts to instill, we can survive without it, yet not in a healthy way.
My daily doses of self love.
I love and appreciate my heart for all that it lovingly provides for me and leads me to.
This continues with other organs and includes other parts of the body that calls out for it.
I take special care to show love for the parts of me that I used to self loathe.
I call upon the earth and angels to nourish me with all that my higher self instructs them that I need and I promise to listen to what my body tells me it wants me to give it, being thankful for the vehicle that ensures I can exist in the here and now.

Today I lovingly Surrender for myself worries/stresses regarding finances and providing a birthday for my son.
I trust the universe to provide for us as it always has, because I love myself enough to find the joy of each day/moment.
