Gaia Written Guided Meditation

Do You Feel The Call Of Gaia??? As a natural being this is to be expected, you are at one with her, as she is of you. We were never meant to live in housed brick cities, we were meant to live as one with nature. People all around the world still prove by their existence that this is totally possible in all weather conditions... You may have a hard time believing this, yet do please research, people do live, thrive and survive it all. Of course being the pampered beings that we are, it would take some transition to re live naturally within nature. However for a moment let us nourish our souls and being with all that is nature. Here is another gift... (you'll need a good 15mins plus to allow yourself to fully experience this guided meditation, so save for later if you wish)... Written Meditation. Take a deep breath in and surround yourself with all that makes you safe and comfortable and as you deeply exhale release all worries, stresses from your being. Deep breathe in again to allow the oxygen to go right to the ends of each cell, they rejuvenate perfectly as it does so and deep exhale out to release all tension and dis ease in each cell. Deep breath in to fill and surround your being with love and divine embrace and deep breath out to release all you no longer need in the now. As you breathe in again, you eyes focused upon this page, the external noises lessen as you enter the theta state of divine consciousness and as you sit totally relaxed, the love all surrounds you and your being hones in on the natural noises of birds, water and trees rustling as the gentle breeze warmed by the glorious sun shines and warms your very being, you awaken having slept by your favourite tree and spring that bubbles and glistens. You sit and just allow the joy of being within your natural state to rejuvenate your body, Mind and soul, your heart enlarges and swells as it absorbs all its ever known and you begin to stand and then stretch, welcoming all the beauty that surrounds you within. Take a look around now and see with your heart all that is bliss for you... Rolling hills, forests, creatures great and small... You are honing in upon a flower now and what you are drawn to is a symbol of you and all you've become (remember this flower and check out its meaning later). You now turn your attention to that babbling stream, so inviting as the sun glistens and intensifies its goodness and the life within, you take each step towards it realising you are bare footed and the ground underfoot is so comfy and satisfying. As you step down the 3 steps into the stream, you notice on the 1st step a little pure white feather, that symbolises your very own pure and perfect being and connects you to your Ancestors, the 2nd step takes you into the top of the gloriously warm stream and feels like the most perfect slippers you ever wore, the 3rd step is the streams bottom and as you take 3 more steps you decide to sit and immerse yourself within the purifying and cleansing, life giving waters, taking a cup of water within your hands you bring it to your mouth and as you do so you see this water as the holy and divine source that it is, as you pour it into your mouth you hear tones, tones/music that is unique to your soul, when heard it resets your being and vessel to the perfection that our creator intended in your beginning, you feel a warmth that is healing enter your vessel and cup 2 more handfuls of water and drink from that too, each sip being more refreshing, rejuvenating and restoring than the last. You sit there a moment more and pour water over you, so sublime is this feeling now, you feel at one with the water, with gaia and all that is in this moment. You continue to gaze upon the waters feeling as you do the stillness and the beauty, your attention turns towards a shadow over to your right and as you home in you realise its not so much a shadow but energy in many colours, as this energy comes towards you it seems to take form and you hear your souls tones again and it washes over you. This is a gift from gaia to restore your connection and your state of being has been reset, realigned and you find yourself swimming over to the other side of the stream and find 3 steps that lead you to the other bank, as you take the 1st step up you feel a strength you've not felt in an age, the 2nd step you feel a clarity invigorated and on your 3rd step onto the bank, you affirm I have all of my power and am free to express my divine sovereignty. You walk along this bank now and you notice the heightened colours of the ground, plants and trees, you breathe it all in, this is like a dream yet so very real, the animals feel so close and you feel a strong connection between you and them, one draws you in more strongly and you find yourself next to this animal, you give it love and receive love from it and as you pet it, you take note of the animal/creature (it may or may not be of this world, you mentally note it, so as to be able to look up your spirit guide animal later) As you continue to share this moment you realise that you are at one with this creature and it pours onto you it's own abilities for you to draw upon within all you do, in return you continue to pour your expanded hearts love into it and your strength and its expand even further. You feel your infinite strength as you bid your love and walk onwards and find yourself walking amongst a brethren of trees, as you do you feel crisp leaves underfoot and enjoy this feeling, you find yourself foraging now and find berries, apples, wildflowers and mushrooms and as yku collect them you smell them and really appreciate them before savoring how each tastes, you hadn't felt hungry, yet gaia had called you to taste of her wonders and wow the feeling as each freshly picked item was eaten, you now feel ravenous to enjoy such high energy, freshly picked and eaten foods, it's as though you've never really eaten anything quite so delicious before, you continue to walk and graze and find yourself at an opening, you feel drawn to enter... It's a cave, within you hear a familiar voice calling you... So you quicken your pace, you are amazed by how it lights up as you enter and you realise that it's you and your light, you've never seen it quite in this way before, you left your vessel on the outside of the cave, gaia and our creator wanted you to see who you really are, a being, an energy, a soul, a life force... You realise also that there are no physical aches or pains and you float within joy, seeing/feeling how connected you are to all, your energy dances within this moment and you spend your thought matter on just feeling at one with your being, experiencing this moment, you find yourself singing and harmonising your soul tone with gaia and the creators, Light and different rays of it radiate all through your energy and you truly see and visualise your potential with all of your contract, missions and purposes, laid and interwritten within your frequency. You know from this moment nothing will ever be as it was, you create some empowered twists to uplift and nurture your soul, with the knowing you now have, you encircle and embrace gaia and the creator, the feeling of home, completeness and love, makes everything else irrelevant, you continue your song, your expansion, your integration and spend moments savouring this. Nothing will ever be the same again and nor would you want it too. The woods call you and the feeling is strong, so you leave the cave and realise you are feeling the crisp leaves underfoot once more than you have returned to your vessel. You pick a few more tasty treats and carry them with you, as you enter the bubbling stream, you swim through the length feeling so physically strong and with a sense of renew purpose, you reach the other side and take the 3 steps upwards, the 3rd step you begin to wiggle your toes and fingers, the 2nd step you are aware of your surroundings and the external non natural noises.

And the 1st step onto the bank you are fully aware and conscious having enjoyed all that you gained from this experience and are ready to enjoy the rest of your life.
